The ground rules.
These terms apply when you use LateMap or submit event information to the service. LateMap is currently a beta product focused on London nightlife discovery.
Event information
LateMap helps people discover events, but event information can change. Times, venues, prices, availability, line-ups and ticket status may be updated or cancelled by organisers or ticket providers. Always verify important details with the event organiser or ticket provider before travelling or purchasing.
Tickets and third-party services
Ticket purchases and other transactions may take place on third-party websites. Those transactions are between you and the relevant third party and are subject to that provider's own terms, refund policies and privacy practices.
Event submissions
When you submit an event, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you are authorised to submit the event on behalf of the relevant organiser, venue or promoter, or otherwise have permission to do so;
- you have the right to provide any text, links or artwork you submit or link to;
- LateMap may display, format, edit for clarity, update or remove the submitted listing as reasonably needed to operate the service.
Submission does not guarantee publication. LateMap may approve, reject, edit, suspend or remove listings, including duplicates or listings that appear inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate for the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse LateMap, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, impersonate others or use the submission system for spam or unlawful activity.
Availability and liability
LateMap is provided on an evolving beta basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every event in London will be listed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
